WHAT IS DASH COMMERCE?

It’s a dashboard as a service for e-commerce owners and administrators. The software gives it’s users powerful insights and data about their business.

IN WHICH LANGUAGES IS IT AVAILABLE?

For now, it’s available in English and Portuguese. More languages are coming soon. If you want to help to translate the app, please send us a message on the contact page. We also have support for two currencies: USD ($) and BRL (R$). If you need other currencies you can use the universal currency symbol for now ($).

DO YOU STORE MY ACCOUNT DATA?

No, we don’t store any data from your store besides the URL, API keys and the information provided in the set-up process. All data that we show to you is synced in real-time with your store using woocommerce’s API. If you remove or disconnect your e-commerce, the app won’t be able to show you any data. Please read our privacy policy for more details. We are GPDR compliant. We only store the information you provided in the sign-up form. We use this information to get in touch with you and personalize the app’s appearance.

MY NOTIFICATIONS ARE NOT WORKING

In order to set up the notifications, you need to make sure that you have downloaded, installed, and activated our official woocommerce plugin in your store. Visit the Integrations Page for more details.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO PAY TO USE?​

Our pricing is simple, please check our pricing page. We are in open beta and the app will be free with all its features while beta lasts. If you are an agency we have the option to upgrade your account with additional features and develop a whitelabel version of our App with your Brand.

THE DASHCOMMERCE'S PLUGIN IMPACT'S MY WEBSITE PERFORMANCE?

No, our plugin is light by design. It basically triggers a request to our servers every time your e-commerce gets a new order. Simple as that.
